Hola ¿Como estan? estoy muy muy feliz hoy dia y... de hecho, todo este semana, quisas mejor dicho, todo mi mision!

A little taste of Spanish for you all to brush up on your language skills. haha But how are you all doing? This week was an amazing week for me! Hermana Hart and I are just sacando la mugre aqui en Limache (we are doing great!!!) This week we have seen so many miracles, found so many people who are prepared to receive the gospel and we have had great fun in the mean time! I think this week is probably the best I've ever slept, because we get back to the pension, do our daily planning for the next day, update the mission area book, and hit the hay. And by the time my head hits the pillow, its time to wake up. haha but its ok because that means we have more time to work! wahoo!

I just cant believe how fast time flies in the mission. I can't believe its almost Halloween! I can't believe its almost NOVEMBER! I would love to be able to slow time down. things are going way way too fast in my mission. I always heard everyone saying the second part of your mission flies by, but I didn't believe there would be a notable difference, but there is! It's interesting how it doesn't feel at all like October because it is so so hot outside. We are just about into summer time and basically we are always wearing short sleeves. One thing that makes me laugh is that Halloween is celebrated the same way here in Chile, but it's a relatively new holiday and they think that they invented it. Yesterday, three different people explained how they celebrateHalloween here in Chile, so we wouldn't be confused on the 31... haha They told us that here in Chile, there are "strange traditions where the kids all dress up in costumes and knock on doors and ask for candy by saying "trick o treat"! Isn't it such a great idea?" haha I just nodded my head in agreement hahah I think we will knock on doors that day and see what we can come home with.., haha

This week we taught Hernan Espejo several times. He is just such a sweet old man, and he really is prepared for this gospel! He is excited and progressing for his baptism. I just love him so much. This week, we went to his apartment to help him clean because it was disgusting. His wife passed away 3 months ago and he doesn't know how to live alone. It breaks my heart how he talks about her with such genuine love and longing. they were together for 53 years. But I know that she is there rooting us on, so that they can be an eternal family.

We are also teaching Marcelo. He is so special. He accepted a baptismal date this week! He is 30 and lives alone because he is separated from his wife. He told us that a couple weeks before we knocked on his door, three missionaries /(elders) knocked on his door and gave him a Book or Mormon but they never came back. There definitely are not any elders anywhere close by to his house, so we feel that God is very involved with this one. Pray for him!!

Hermana Hart is doing so great! I love being her companion. She is so sweet and so ready to work. It makes me laugh because I remember how it was like to not understand anything anyone is saying but just she just nods her head and smiles, just like I did. haha We have so much fun together and God is leading us to so many amazing people!

I loved hearing from you all this week! I love you all so much. thank you for all your support and prayers and letters and everything! I LOVE being a missionary! i LOVE you all!

Hasta el proximo lunes!
Hurrah for isreal!! (haha)
