So I have been enjoying the last few weeks outside of provo, spending time in Oregon, California, but mostly Arizona. I love being home in Phoenix, but the summer heat can take its toll. What better way to easy the summer-time blues than a delicious rainbow cake? I think it's time for me to invest in some food coloring and try this recipe out.
