Lovin' Spoonfuls

I sure had a lovely time this past 3 day weekend. Full of Hamburgers, Sand volleyball, Fireworks, did i mention hamburgers (i had 5 in 3 days. Provo is the BBQ Capitol or something). It was a fantastic time to relax, unwind until...

Killer sunburn attack. You would think as a fair-skinned Arizona girl I would learn from experience that I burn like crazy, but nevertheless, I nixed the sunscreen and paid in full later. Its a pretty bad burn (maybe not to the extent of the above picture, but pretty darn close). I had to buy a strapless bra to avoid strap/skin contact. Pathetic, I know.

Maybe, just maybe I will learn my lesson to wear sunscreen. I think I will consider it, solely to avoid this pain in the future. Maybe i just need to learn to be content with my pale skin and these:
